{"id":41,"date":"2017-12-08T14:00:21","date_gmt":"2017-12-08T16:00:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/rotasturisticas.jundiai.sp.gov.br\/centrohistorico\/?page_id=41"},"modified":"2022-09-16T17:00:38","modified_gmt":"2022-09-16T20:00:38","slug":"teatro-polytheama","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/rotasturisticas.jundiai.sp.gov.br\/centrohistorico\/o-que-visitar\/teatro-polytheama\/","title":{"rendered":"Teatro Polytheama"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>O Teatro Polytheama, cujo nome \u00e9 formado por Poly, do latim, significando &#8216;muitos&#8217; e por theama, do grego, significando \u2018espet\u00e1culo\u2019, foi inaugurado em 1911 e \u00e9 uma das casas de espet\u00e1culos mais antigas e tradicionais do Brasil, reunindo atividades diversas, como teatro, m\u00fasica, circo, cinema, reuni\u00f5es sociais, entre outros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>O teatro teve seu auge na d\u00e9cada de 20, passando por um per\u00edodo de decad\u00eancia e de degrada\u00e7\u00e3o ap\u00f3s os anos 50. Foi restaurado somente em 1996, sob orienta\u00e7\u00e3o de algumas ideias do projeto de Lina Bo Bardi, como a de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o das paredes originais nuas e estruturas met\u00e1licas aparentes.
